Special leaving gift

Need inspiration for a nice leaving gift/s for a very loved colleague, budget is around £150, anyone got any suggestions?

I was bought a Tiffany key ring when leaving my first job. I thought it was a bit random at the time, but it's still my main keyring 16 years later.
Now I'm more grown up I'd prefer something like a nice fountain pen, or daft expensive stationery that I would never buy otherwise (Smythson etc.).
