Hi everyone I'm new to this forum but wanted to ask some advice. I am 19 and have been suffering with anxiety and depression for many years as well as suicidal ideations. I have always had low self confidence and have longed to be someone else for a long time to escape this cycle. I have a step sister who is a year younger than me and her life is so perfect that I just want to be her, I know this sounds strange but if I woke up as her tomorrow I'd be so happy with life. I don't know what to do
