How the f do I cancel a regular order on Milk&More aop

I’ve tried going on it, removing it and clicking ‘save regular order’. And it’s still there. I’ve had to go manually through each of my orders and remove the rank bread they keep sending me but now the bread has been delivered again after a week’s break and appears to be back on my orders. Same with milk. I just want one pint but it keeps sending me two. I’ve gone through the whole of July and August, clicked on each date to get rid of them and they’re fucking back. HOW do I change my regular order on the app??

I had this it's a PITA. I ended up cancelling them and starting again.

Their app is appalling. Leave a note out for the delivery person letting them know the problem and that your stopping your bank from paying by a certain date?

Argh! Lost my post. I tried cancelling it all before and rebooking. But it seems to be back. Can’t get rid of this bloody bread.

We had the same problem. Called them in the end. Same thing trying to get them to collect the used bottles / jars. Eventually took them to the recycling centre.

I haven’t used the app but on their website I go to my account - my regular orders- and change it in there.
It might not change immediately for the next week (it says “Changes will take effect from the Monday after your next weekly Thursday payment”) but I’ve always had that work overall. And I can adjust the next few ones with the individual order button.

I also couldn't cancel on the app but I could cancel regular orders on the Website. Good luck!

I’ll try the website, app is a pile of shite. Gonna have to make bread and butter pudding with all my extra milk and bread. Our milkman kept not putting the milk in the cool box, just next to it. God knows why. So I left him a note and then found it screwed up and thrown on the floor of my porch! Really made me laugh.

Yes use the website. The whole website (& company) is a nightmare, I wish we had a choice of milk delivery but we don't. For some reason one of my credit cards (the one in the account that they manage to use every week) isn't accepted if I try to add anything. Then they keep sending me messages to say I have stuff in my basket
I stopped using them for a few months because I was so cross over their incompetence. And I don't think you can speak to a human

I haven’t actually tried to phone them coz I was too pissed off when I wrote this. Kept imaging swearing at someone on the phone. I don’t know if there’s a better delivery service. Anyone got any recommendations?
