If your 3 year old absolutely refuses to put their pj’s on for bed at what point do you step in and just do it for them?
DD3 just had the most awful meltdown, insisted on doing everything herself but then refused to start getting undressed.
no amount of insisting or bargaining, persuading or anything else made any difference so we just worked through the meltdown and put her pj’s on through the screaming & kicking.
I don’t know what else we could have done but it just felt awful.
how do you deal with meltdowns especially at bed time?
