Video film.

Would like to make a video for a family member, consisting of friends and family messages. No idea what programs I'd need. Would obviously like it to be free to do.
Anybody made such a thing, and was it easy to join films together? I'm quite good with iPads etc but just not sure what's user friendly.

You can use classic video editors like Clipify or Shotcut, both are simple and allow to add voiceovers, cut out parts of the video, enhance quality etc.

There are also slideshow making programs like Smartshow 3D or Canva, both have templates for different occasions (birthday, graduation etc) and you can combine video clips and pictures.

Oh, and I forgot to add the list of photo slideshow apps. There are both free and paid programs, so maybe it will be of help to you, too.
