Hi ladies, I’m hoping some of you savvy girls out there can settle my mind. I’m taking quite a number of supplements for various reasons and just want to check I’m not damaging my liver in doing so. I’m currently taking glucosamine, turmeric, magnesium, Maca root, Boswelia and lions mane. I’m taking them for various reasons from joint pain, to anti-inflammatory (I had a bit of a thyroid issue a few years back) to brain fog and mood swings as I am now a certain age! Any advice would be very gratefully appreciated
