I have noticed some benefits with the following:
Removing caffeinated drinks - I hardly feel acid reflux and my mouth feels much cleaner. I feel less bloated.
Removing fizzy drinks - feel less gassy and teeth feel much cleaner.
Adding chlorophyll drops to water - my skin looks more radiant and less blemishes.
Drinking bone broth - my stomach feels more settled and less gassy.
Taking vitamin c tablets dissolved in a cup of water - this is my go to when I feel like I’m about to get ill. I recover much faster.
Removing dairy - much better gut health.
