Birthday present ideas for Men

It's my partner's birthday soon and I'm stumped for ideas.

Can anyone share any ideas or recommendations that have gone down well or proved useful?

Thanks

Well it depends what he likes and how much you want to spend.
For mine:
Electric guitar
Bike
But they were expensive gifts for milestone birthdays. Usually - concert/gig tickets, clothes, tickets to events, cycling related items, books.

One tip that I got from MN that has served me well is to buy upgraded/better versions of things my DH already has (without being wasteful).

Does your DH have any hobbies or interests?

Also, my DH loves experiences more than 'things' (he's one of these people who, when you ask if there's anything they want or need, never wants or needs anything!) so paying for a weekend away, track racing day etc have been successful.

How old?

Winners here have been-
Northface jacket
binoculars
electric soda stream
rucksack
shaket from Gant
bamboo socks

He will be 31 and is into gaming, days out, nights out.

So far I've thought of trainers, beard trimmer and ear wax candles he wanted to try.

I'm thinking of making a hamper for him.

Token gifts always go down well.

Quirky joke items all go down well..

He also plays guitar but he has everything he needs for that.

I was maybe looking for ideas for personalised items too?

Personalised- naff in my opinion

Book an activity or gig tickets for you both?

@Fuffedoff our rule is something to be used, something to be treasured or something to make memories
