Single parent, DDs are 19 (at uni) 15 and 7. The older 2s dad lives in America and they are going to visit him after 3 years of not seeing him for 5 weeks.
I have a few things planned for me and DD3.

Sometimes I feel so lonely, At work I have my friends, we message each other but evenings are lonely, everyone has their husbands/ partners around.

My BF split with her husband last year and is now in a relationship (living with) her partner. We used to speak every night but we no longer do. I miss the chats or messages but shes moved on.

Sometimes evenings are so lonely and boring. Sorry just need a rant

Sorry you're feeling a bit lonely OP. Have you got any hobbies? Is there anything you like doing that can become a hobby to meet people in your area? Getting involved in the discussions on here is usually a good way to feel like you're in company even when you're not!

Evenings are hard aren't they and so are weekends, especially when all your friends are in relationships.

I am always so busy. Working, running a household.
I have a pony who is my escape but with my older 2 going to America riding will be limited, as will the gym although I still plan to take DD3 swimming.
I do also enjoy crocheting (something new I learnt a few months ago!)

I have had my pony 2 years now, shes been my best friend/ hobby/ life saver. She takes up most of my free time (even time I should be doing hosuework, but I dont care!) I love her although it is hard work!
