just read the thread about “do you wear bra for bed”

I don’t wear bras at all day or night practically as they are very uncomfortable which brings me to starting this thread!

I had breast enlargement 12 months ago. I was 30AA previously and had 650cc implants put in. M&S still don’t measure since covid. It’s just a guessing game for me and no bras actually feel comfortable!
we’re am I going wrong? How do I find my correct size?

I’ve got 30D, 30DD, 30E and again the same sizes but I’m 32. I have no idea where I’m going wrong? Could my implants make the number change much? Ie 36DD?

im ashamed to admit it but I do not have a clue when it comes to bra’s

Bravissimo. Or measure using the boob or bust method.M&S have a bad reputation for measuring so I wouldn’t bother.

I have 350 cc implants, was AA and am now C. Very small frame though.

I rarely wear underwired bras, usually soft bralets or crop tops.

I'd say you're a 30E/F.

Join boob or bust on Facebook and they give you details on how to measure yourself.

Another vote fit bravissimo, they can also advise you on best bras for breast enhancements. They are honestly brilliant I won't buy anywhere else since discovering them.
