Vaccination reaction

DD had her 1 year vaccinations 13 days ago and for at least the last 10 days her nappies have been utterly rancid.

Really grainy and gritty and smell incredibly acidic. Her poor little bottom is so red. Is this a normal reaction?

I would say she has some kind of gastro bug, my DS had something similar aged 8 months it was almost two weeks of horrid smelling nappies, the doctors said it was fine unless he became dehydrated.

Thanks, she’s definitely not dehydrated.

She’s had a temperature off and on and been sleepy and grumpy too.
