8yo’s sleep

How long does your 8yo sleep for?
Mines never needed lots but he’s just moved from 9.5-10 hours to 9 hours, possibly a bit less.

My DD is sleeping about 9 hours too.
She goes up to bed about 8.30 but often reads before falling asleep and then she’s up just after 6 on a morning.
she doesn’t seem to be tired or in need of more sleep and actually tends to have only 8 hours during school holidays so I’m happy with how it is now.

That’s reassuring. The sudden drop concerned me but he’s fine in himself.
