Recipe ideas to use up about 45 medium sized tomatoes?

I've been given about 45 ish medium sized tomatoes - they're slightly past their best but still perfectly useable.

Any suggestions for them that freeze well, before they all become a tomatoey sauce to freeze?

Cook them with garlic, onion and herbs then freeze in portions as a pasta sauce or a sauce ingredient.

Blend them and cook them down to concentrate into your own home made puree... then freeze it.

Perfect to add to any recipe... really quick after work fresh pasta sauces etc... shakshouka eggs....

Just do loads of tomato sauce. I like Sarah Raven's, and Hugh FW does a nice one, too. Pop it in smaller quantities in the freezer, then get them out for a blast of summer in winter.

Roasted tomato sauce, then freeze in batches. Just core the tomatoes, cut into chucks and roast with garlics, olive oil, herbs and maybe chopped onion. Add fresh basil at the end and either leave chunky or liquidise before freezing.

Yup, sauce for the freezer. Cut in half or quarters, olive oil, slow roast, then blitz. Can be a generic base for pasta, pizza, soup.
