I mean zilch. Ive downloaded the nutra check app.
I honestly eat crap ALL day.
Junk after junk after junk. I can do a week of being ' good' then its just a junk fest.
If i don't buy it dh does. Or if its in my head i fancy a particular food i will drive at 11pm to a garage or similar to get it. Biscuits, chocolate etc.
I need to lose a stone to start with im 13st and 5ft5 size 14 to 16.
If i saw the scales say 12st i know id feel more confident then do better.
I used to walk loads with ds go to parks further away but i have painful legs, worsened by weight but until i lose a few lbs its too painful to walk far.
Basically any tips would be great
