Management book recommendations?

I am about to start my first management role in the public sector - I’ll be moving from working as a technical specialist to managing that service and a small team of colleagues from my specialism. I’ve had a look in Waterstones/Amazon and all the management books seem very corporate focused - can anyone suggest anything that is particular useful for the public sector?

I love ‘Dare to Lead’ by Brené Brown.

Its not a management book as such but I have found The 7 Habits Of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey to be really helpful when I first become a manger. It gives some really useful strategies to becoming effective and how this can translate to teams. I work in the public sector and have used some of the concepts in my work with teams.

The Managers Path is a good one as it is written for tech people going from contributor to manager

One minute manager and How women rise - both great!

Second and third the Beene Brown book, Dare to Lead is great, also other of hers, her videos/Ted Talks and website has loads of resources. Radical Candor by Kim Scott is excellent in terms of message but also a practical "how to" guide

These all look great - thank you
