Doing my head in. Getting ferry today and have just noticed instructions say to print out booking details and show them at terminal. For once I didn’t print everything out in advance and we do have a means of doing this if need be before heading to the terminal but I thought using DFDS app instead might be an alternative as I don’t want to faff around with bits of paper.
HOWEVER, I downloaded the app, registered and tried to add my booking. Nope, no option to do that, I have no bookings apparently and only option is to make a booking via the app. I log out and then get a screen where I can log in again and also add an existing booking. So I add a booking and log in again then check the “my bookings” option - I still have no bookings. Now logged into the app again, no option to add an existing booking.
i think I should have found my booking first then registered but I can’t seem to deregister now either.
any suggestions? Don’t want to call customer services as 13p per minute and this all seems too stupid.
