Propranolol and side effects - do they settle?

I’ve been prescribed propranolol 40mg a day (but can take two additional tablets as required). I’ve been on them 6 days but feeling rather spaced out/foggy headed - they are working well for anxiety though and I’m sleeping ok. Do the side effects settle over time and I just need to be patient?!

Yes it settles took about 2 weeks before I stopped feeling spaced out, and tired I forgot how tired it made me feel in the first weeks but yes the side effects will go.

Are these good for health anxiety? I was prescribed them but just use them as and when i need them. But i can imagine a steady dose might quell the worry and anxiety i feel over every body sensation.
Can i be rude and ask are you taking them just for anxiety op?
