Anyone who works/has worked for ALDI able to help with a question?

DD(16) has an individual assessment for Aldi coming up. She is excited and nervous in equal measure. It will be her first experience of anything like this and obviously wants to make a good impression.
Can anyone advise what to expect? Is it practical tasks, or an interview, or something completely different?
How formal should she go?
Any words of wisdom?

OP, it might be worth looking on Glassdoor (which is where my son's firm was negatively reviewed!) as they sometimes have information about interview processes there. I think I had to join and (anonymously) rate my own employer to see reviews.

Tell her to have a look on student room , I used them to research what to expect for my Aldi interview.

Didn't go in the end though as got offered another job.
