York folks, need help

Our onward train tomorrow from York to seamer is cancelled. Now we have an hour at least in York, where can I run to grab some cheap beach towels. Have at least an hour wait.

Think you will struggle with just an hour. And honestly cannot think of anywhere. TK Maxx on Coney St. I have no idea.

Primark in the Coppergate?

You can walk to Coney St. (both TK Maxx and Sports Direct that might have beach towels) and back to the station within an hour if you're quick.

Personally I wouldn't risk missing your connection. Surely anywhere you will need beach towels will sell them at destination.
