So I'm currently trying to strength train 3 times a week and wanting to go up to 4 to see faster results.
I have a very full on job and hectic schedule and some evenings just feel exhausted at the thought of going. Lunch times work on occasion when not sandwiched either side my meetings but barely enough to become a routine.
I'm not really a morning person.. but, should I try to be because I guess mornings are never going to be blocked out with other priorities, and then it's done for the day before I'm too exhausted!
People who have a consistent routine and work full time.. how many days do you go and when/how do you schedule it?
