Book on ADHD in women

Hello all, I’m posting here as couldn’t find a suitable category. I strongly suspect that I may have ADHD. I am dyslexic and have in the past put many of my quirks down to that. However since recently reading a list of ADHD symptoms in women, I found I have a lot of them.
My biggest issues are my lack of focus on a task, procrastination, panic about said lack of focus and procrastination.
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a book that has some good work around son these issues? TIA

I've no book recommendations but there is a neurodiverse mumsnetters board in the special needs section where we all are either autistic or have ADHD.

If you go on Adult ADHD support websites they have recommendations for reading.

I suspect I may have ADHD. I'm dyslexic and previously thought my quirks were due to that, but after reading about ADHD symptoms in women, I recognized many in myself. I struggle with focus, procrastination, and the panic that follows. I took an online assessment through "adhd certify", and it suggested ADHD. Anyone else face similar issues and have helpful strategies?
