Daughter's spot squeezing!

Can anyone give me any advice to get my daughter to stop messing up her face? She keeps disappearing into the bathroom for ages and reappearing with red botches all over her face. She looked terrible going to school this morning and it was so unnecessary. I used to do it and it borders on self abuse. Almost like a release. I feel that I'm on her case enough with homework, screen time etc without keeping tabs on her bathroom usage too. She's 14 and has just started doing this. I'd really like to nip it in the bud. If anyone has any advice I'd be really grateful. Thanks

Thanks all. Definitely a lot of great suggestions. I'm going to look at the spot stickers and I've just ordered her a repeat prescription for Epiduo. If that doesn't work this time I'll see the doc. Her whole forehead is bumpy so I completely understand the burning desire to squeeze, have the satisfaction and hopefully get rid of the bump, but when it's her whole forehead that ends up red, bumpy and blotchy, she just ends up feeling terrible going to school. I've certainly been there myself. Hopefully we'll get it sorted. Thanks again x
