How do you know if you have to pay it? I can’t remember the exact roads I drove down and don’t recall seeing any signs saying I was entering the zone for the congestion charge but even so, I know I was very close to the boundary (and possibly drive backwards and forwards over the zone edge). I’m trying to pay for it but the site keeps crashing. No idea how you do it, I thought you could just enter your postcode on a page and it would say you either did or didn’t have to pay 🤦🏽♀️
