Shekou - anyone had any luck getting a refund?

Bloody DD pestered me to order a bikini from them back in April. 12 weeks later it hasn't arrived. I asked for a refund and they said "as per their terms and conditions" they would offer me store credit.

I don't want store credit. I don't want to wait months for a bloody bikini. I want my money back. They are in NZ. But I assume UK consumer regs would apply?

Good question. They do if the retailer is based in the EU and you buy online, I can't find a definitive answer about non-EU though.

I paid by credit card so can do a dispute through that - which I suspect I will win but it's a hassle.

I've had a response but I suspect it's a bot because it just keep repeating the same response over and over.

They are apparently processing my order now (I don't believe them, I think I'm corresponding with a bot) but we're going on holiday next week so after that I don't want/need it!

FYI - I finally got a refund out of Shekou, either through persistence or through raising a dispute through my credit card.

AVOID this company at all costs. They are disastrous. Everything takes months to arrive (they only initiate the manufacture of your product after you place the order) and they state they do no refunds at all.
