Where is my pink bra?

My most comfortable, favourite bra. I live alone, don't get changed anywhere else like a gym or whatever. I have one laundry basket and one little storage unit with a few shelves for underwear. I've even said a prayer to St Anthony, I'm that desperate, although I'm sure he has bigger fish to fry😂 Where the hell is it??

Under the bed/wardrobe fallen under someone.
Accidentally bundled with bigger clothes items or bedding (duvet covers and elasticated sheets are a bugger for hiding socks)

Do you dry your clothes outside? Could it have blown off the washing line?

Behind the sofa. You took it off under your t shirt one evening and balanced it precariously. It fell off while you were watching Glasto.

Yeah, it’s in the duvet cover. Missing clothes are ALWAYS stuck in the duvet cover. Rule of life.

Inside another item of clothing that you washed it with. That's where I find all missing socks.

Crikey, if it's this I'll be mortified. It's not in my garden so it would be in my neighbours 😳 I do put a clothes horse outside by my back door to dry undies in the sun. I'm not bold enough to peg them on the line with everything else.

I second the duvet cover it is where all my missing washing lives!

It's probably canoodling in a pair of trousers or inside a long sleeved top. The hooks snag on things, particularly knitwear, but you might not have been wearing jumpers at the moment.

Have you checked in the washing machine drum? Sometimes they cling like Fuzzy Felt to the inside.

🤔I've looked under wardrobe and bed, but not in duvet cover/pillow cases. I'll try that now @Thunderrr I'm not exactly a slip of a thing, so it's a pretty substantial garment though.. 🤣

Children all grown up and long moved out. It's just me which is why it's so annoying. I've got no one else to blame. Checked out duvet covers & pillow cases, no luck. I'm off to check the door handles and washing machine.

Seriously, are you sure you're not wearing it? Whenever I can't find my glasses, they're usually on my face...

@Allthegoodusernamesareused I've actually had a look in case. I'm wearing a black one. @ilovepixie my favourite thing about my empty nest is that if I lost my ironing board, I really wouldn't notice!

Has it fallen down the back of the drawers where you keep your bras?

Do you have any pets which may have stolen it? (Seriously my cat has a thing for DHs boxers but only his Levi's ones! Next ones are no good!)

Sadly no pets who could have nicked it. The second I retire I'm getting a rescue dog.
