Can anyone help with vinted please?

I have sold an item to somebody, they are not happy with it despite me knowing there is nothing wrong with the item I have agreed to issue a refund as a goodwill gesture. However I'm fairly new to Vinted and I've never had any issues like this before. How do they return the item – as in do I just provide my address? Once I have received the item back how do I issue a refund? Very grateful if anyone can help me! Thanks in advance

When the buyer sends it you will be able to track it. Once you receive it back Vinted will offer you the option to refund. Don't give a refund before you receive it back though!

It's all done their end, they will have a link within the order to click if they're not happy, which will generate a return label. You then get a notification on Vinted I think which will have a button for you to confirm it's back with you and you're happy to refund. Don't give them your address for them to buy postage themselves - insist that they do it all through vinted, and as @happyharpy78 said, don't refund until you get it back and check it's the same item and in the same condition as when you sent it!

Thank you both- that's so helpful. So as I have replied saying I will give a refund when she returns the item I don't need to do anything more until I receive it? I've not given her my address, I'll leave her to do it through Vinted. It's so low value that by the time she has paid 2 x postage she might as well resell it !!
