ASOS Customer Service not working - missing deadline for return

Desperately trying to return an order to ASOS but cannot create a return as it just keeps opening a new window with my order. Customer service live chat isn't loading.
No email or phone number
Any advice?

I think the online chat opens at 9am

Did the order come with a returns slip? Couldnt you just drop that into the parcel and take it to the Post Office.

Sadly no returns slip in the parcel.

@JolieJ I've just installed the app - and today I have missed the returns deadline. If I'd managed it yesterday I could have dropped it off at Asda.
Still no customer service though - it just redirects me to the website.

How long is the return period? Most stores are pretty generous these days.

@BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz it's 45 days max which is generous but I've had substantial family problems recently and have been so overloaded I just couldn't do the returns.
And customer service isn't working so I can't discuss it with them.
I feel so defeated that I have no point of contact.

Try contacting them through Twitter although I'm not sure you'll have much luck if you've missed the returns deadline. Worth a try though.

@ermagerdabear I tweeted yesterday but haven't heard back. A simple email address would really have helped. I could have returned the parcel in time if technical issues hadn't dogged my progress.
I've written a letter using Resolver but now I've to work out what postal address to use.
It's awful, completely obfuscated.
