I am really stuck looking for a new job, Help!

So l work long hours in retail lower management level and just lately l feel like l am not doing a good job, my hearts not in it and there are a lot of double standards going on, communication over WhatsApp that’s not appropriate and things are just on top of me, plus l know l don’t want to be doing this in 10 years time.

Anyway l have done my CV but now l am stuck, l don’t know what kind of job l want or where to look for one, can anyone give me any guidance , hints or tips? Is there any services out there that might be able to help me?

What about an office job? If you've worked in a lower management role, you could see if there's an assistant role to work your way up? You should have management skills which are transferable.

I'd look at the tasks you carry out and where you can transfer those skills.
