I hated that one and used far too many hints!

Really not feeling it today. After hitting 983 over 300 guesses ago I've only gone backwards. The top three here are hints, but are so unrelated to each other I can't see where it's going at all.

Interestingly , I got a ???? which came out as 75.34, despite Semantle saying the nearest word to target being at 52.04

And the thing is, my ???? is a perfectly valid, understandable word which is a variation of the target word and should have been closer than the word at 999. There's obviously no need to have cut it from the list, and I can't believe that it really deserves a ????

So basically, either the algorithm is shit, or Semantle like deliberately fucking with us.
