Should I get this checked out?

I had a big spot (regular, white head which popped) a few months ago. But there is a mark where it was which is STILL there! And if I accidentally scratch it it bleeds a little bit. It just won't heal. Is this literally just big pimple aftermath or should I get it checked out? Don't want to waste anyone's time if it's just a spot. not best photo I know. This is on my cheek btw.

Yes. Anything that doesn't heal should be checked out.

You can get scarring from a spot/blemish which takes time to go. My teenage DD has a purple scar from a spot on her back at the moment. It will go in its own time. And as we get older the scar takes longer to clear.
However looking at that picture, and it possibly looks different in real life, it looks a bit red/brown like a mole, and it’s not round, so If it’s not going ( you need to absolutely leave it alone) then I’d get it looked at.

It's not the best photo that's for sure. Definitely not round though. I think I'll give it one more month to go and then go see GP. or rather, send the photo in as they won't see me in person I'm guessing.
