Letter of resignation

I’m just typing mine up now, I would absolutely love to be honest about why I’m leaving but I have kept it perfunctory and won’t be changing it, the job has served me well and taught me a lot.
But… it’s got me thinking, has anyone ever written an absolute humdinger of a resignation letter?! What did you write and how was it received?
(ps, I’m absolutely a journalist looking for a cheap story 😂)
(PPS, is that exactly the kind of thing a journalist looking for a cheap story would say?!)

Here's one I wrote in 2005 when I was working as a receptionist at a local swimming baths.

[Boss's name],

When i'm sleeping at home, i smell chlorine.
When I'm eating, i smell chlorine.
When i'm driving, i smell chlorine.
When you're flirting with me, i smell cologne.

You wear too much cologne.

Also I quit.
