We are now on our third one in a year and we arent rough with it!
First one arrived and all was good but the battery ran out excessively quickly so the lady at the electrical shop got us a new battery under the guarantee.. All good again for two months or so and then everytime we charged the battery up and put it in the red battery low light came on... Lady at the shop got Hoover to send us a brand new machine.. At this part going by experience we took out extended warranty.
We had the new machine about three months and I went to release the top of the machine and one of the buttons on the side jammed solid... The courier took it away for repair last week. Brought it back today and we have another new machine!! I'm not being ungrateful it's great to have a new machine but I thought they would be able to release the button!
Is it just us or has anyone else had issues?
