What would you make with a tin of ratatouille?

I've never used it before but I somehow have a tin in my cupboard and want to use it for a dinner. I was thinking of using it as a baked potato topping but wasn't sure if it'd be too sloppy.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. TIA

As an omelette filling?

When we were living payday to payday, I used to put two value chicken quarters, skin removed, in a casserole dish. I'd tip tinned ratatouille over the top, then put it in the oven. If I felt it needed more liquid I'd add some tinned tomatoes.

On top of linguine with grilled prawns, rocket and chilli oil on top.

I like to put it in a little baking dish, cover it with cheese and grill it, then have it with pesto rice. Sometimes add veggie sausages or some humous if they're hanging around.

I love it with rice.
