I just replaced my Fitbit with an Apple Watch as the sleep data on the Fitbit had stopped working. But I can't help feel a little disappointed so far with the Apple Watch. It does not report on sleep data in the same way ie no breakdown of deep/REM/light sleep, and the heart rate data isn't as comprehensive IMO. Also do I really need to pay £10 a month for the fitness app?! I have downloaded a sleep app but still doesn't really give me a great alternative to FItbit. So.. if I stick with it will I get used to it? Any suggestions for decent sleep apps?
