I bought an AC unit from Amazon and it's faulty. Keeps saying it's full of water after having it on for an hour or two then barely empties anything.
I contacted the manufacturer and boxed it all back up. They're now saying they want a video of the issue to discuss further! Can they insist I video it before they help?
Not only have I got to unpack it and set it up, but I've got to have it running for an hour or two for it to show the problem code again.
No use going via Amazon because I have to return it at my own cost, and it weighs 30kgs!
