Durham Passport Office

I’m sending out a desperate plea to get in contact directly with the Durham Passport Office!

I renewed my sons application online but in error I sent my other sons passport to the Durham office. I realised my mistake and have since called, emailed, and sent two detailed cover letters asking for my other sons passport to be returned! I’ve heard nothing!

He is due to travel this Friday (24/06/22). Is there anyone out there in the big wide world that can help at all?

I’ve emailed ALL upgrade teams, my local MP, anyone that I can!

I just need his passport, which is valid. It has nothing to do with my others sons application, which we now have back anyway.

I’m one sad, desperate, anxious mummy 😢

Your best bet would be going to the office directly if you can to try and collect it.

Durham passport office is terrible, they were in the local news as they were refusing to return to the workplace just last week.

There's often a long queue outside Duhrsm passport office when I pass on Friday mor inf at around 8:30, so get there early.

Oh Durham again, my whole families passports have been with them for nearly 4 months at this point and still processing! Go luck but from experience I wouldn’t get your hopes up they appear to be more or less on strike.
