Interview advice

I work for the NHS in an admin role (band 3). I have been invited to interview for a band 5 role on Tuesday.

Could anyone who works for the NHS at this level or interviews for this level, give me any idea of the types of questions I'll be asked?

What sort of role is it? The NHS love to ask “Tell me about a time when…..” so practice the STAR technique if you are not already familiar with it.

It will be competency based questions so use the STAR technique. Go through the job spec and prepare answers for the criteria.
