Just wondering if anyone can help. I've emailed virgin a week ago but no reply! There is a phone number but apparently they are now 'phoneless'
I have 2 virgin giftcards, (e-cards) when I check the balance it shows there's money on them but cannot for the life of me redeem them!
Whatever serial number/pin/giftcode you put it it says not valid.
