I have depression and issues at work over the last months under different names and account.
Today is a good day for me. The sun is out I am in the middle of walking home from doing the shopping.
I know that harder days are ahead as I can’t drive due to medical conditions and will feel trapped with train and bus strikes here.
Meanwhile a huge thank you to the many posters that have responded to threads from people that are distressed or low and best wishes to any posters there now.
