If you don't hear back from an interview how long, post interview, should you leave it to enquire and ask for feedback?
I obviously haven't got the job but would like some idea of where I could improve.

Honestly, I wouldn't bother. If they're the kind of company that don't even come back to all candidates individually with a generic "you haven't been successful on this occasion" type message then it's highly likely they'll also ignore your request for feedback.

How long has it been? Some places can take ages to decide, especially public sector.

A week. But they said she was going to let me know by the end of last week.
