Parent stereotypes you know

Do you know any parents who fit into a particular parent stereotype?

There is one I know on a local WhatsApp group who talks about extended breastfeeding, babywearing, cloth nappies, disagrees with sleep training.... it just seems to fit a type.

Do you know anyone similar?

Yeah, I know a very similar "crunchy" mum. She was very much a hard-drinking, hard-partying wild child pre-DC, who did a complete 180 after the birth of her eldest.

However, she had a very rough childhood and I truly believe she's desperately trying to remove herself from the way she was raised.

Hmm sort of? There's a mum at the school who drives her brand new bright white Range Rover 500m from their house to the school, always looks immaculate in high-end sports gear, goes for a long run after drop off, runs a little posh boutique in the high street and her husband is incredibly handsome and wealthy... they're the perfect couple. I'm just jealous to be honest 😂 (she seems lovely the odd time I've spoken to her, but I've heard a lot of venom at the school gates from other mums who are clearly a bit bitter about her)

That's quite interesting - wonder if this woman is similar.
