Hi All
My ex wife and i have been apart nearly 3 years now . up until 5 months ago we shared custody of our son (14) ( well 80% with me )
but now shes not interested in seeing him ( shes had him stay for two nights in 5 months ( its breaking his heart )
I'm not interested in claiming CMS ( she keeps changing her jobs ) but i would like to claim child benefit . but I've got a feeling she will lie to HMRC and say he lives with her !
anyone else had this issue ?
