Stroller with proper wheels

Can anyone recommend a stroller with proper wheels rather than plastic small ones? Does such a thing exist? I would like one for holiday but will also use going forwards instead of the pram.

What do you need it to do? Go off road? Jog?

Baby jogger city mini GT. Small, air filled wheels, compact single hand fold, huge hood (great for holiday) decent basket. Easy to push.

@SheWoreYellow definitely no jogging here, but off road would be useful. I think that's why I don't want one with the pathetic wheels.
