Armpit fat removal

Has anyone had liposuction on their armpit fat? I have a bmi of 21 and exercise regularly but can't wear sleeveless tops because I have a mass of tissue that bulges out like a muffin top.

I've tried different bra sizes, scoping, and bras with side support but it doesn't work. It is all under my armpit where no amount of scoping works.

Will any exercises work ? I do martial arts which includes planks, pressure etc.

Can you post a pic? I can't imagine it's so bad you need surgery. We all - the majority of people-have bulgy bits there, it's normal.

Is it fat or extra breast tissue? I had a lump removed from under my arm about 20 years ago which turned out to be extra breast tissue. It was fine for a while, but as I've got older it's come back again.

Think it can be caused by excess prolactin. I had this when my dead thyroid was being treated.

It's a bit worse than this. Goes all around my armpits and has the appearance of cellulite too www.amaris-b.com/blog/tight-bra-fat-armpit-axillary.

Came on to say the same as PP. That it sounds like it could be breast tissue caused by a hormone imbalance, usually excess prolactin. Have you had children OP?

I'm mid 40s and have had a child. Having trouble with melasma too which I think can be due to hormones?
