Have just seen photos of Emma Kennedy on twitter looking absolutely amazing after this. Wondering if anyone has done it & how hard it is? I can't do it if it involves giving up chocolate!!!

God I hope not! Emma Kennedy is a 50-something writer/comedian. Sara Cox (rafio 2) has done it as well.

I have done this programme, completed in December 2022. I lost 24lb and a whole load of inches. It's amazing, wholly recommend!
