Dream interpretation help anyone?

Does anybody here know anything about dream interpretation? I’ve had the same dream a few times now and getting mixed meanings on Google! Some positive and some very negative, just interested to see if anyone has any interest in the subject and can shed some light.

I keep having a dream that I’m hiding dead bodies of murder victims in my house. The dreams feel so real that I wake up in a cold sweat and genuinely feel like I’m going to jail. I’m never the murderer, I just seem to be hiding the body from the murderers and the persons family/friends. Victim isn’t usually anyone I’m close to, but always someone I know vaguely. I always seem to be just on the cusp of getting caught then I wake up, usually in absolute terror at the thought of going to jail and being away from DS. Latest dream I had the body hidden in the freezer and there was a calendar with 24th June highlighted as the date I needed to get rid of it by.

Anybody have any ideas?

Could you be trying to protect someone? Either the murderers, or the victims' families by pretending their loved one isn't dead?

Could you have watched a film or TV prog that has put this idea into your subconscious?

The dead bodies are due to someone's anger. You need to work out if that is your anger or someone close to you. The latter I think. Who is angry, even if they are not displaying it and it is merely simmering inside?

Or from a book?

This could be a fear dream centred around the idea of 'skeletons in the closet' - secrets you carry which you are afraid will be revealed. Perhaps other people's secrets or mistakes. Have you been under a lot of stress lately and is there anything bothering you which wasn't the case a few months ago? Maybe something is weighing on you, making you feel anxious and it's finding voice in your dreams.

Alternatively if you want to go really wild (and woo) it could be a past life memory, I have had similar dreams and the dread and horror was so real I am convinced I have been a murderer in another life. It's an awful feeling and not like I needed putting off a life of crime, but I could never have imagined the terror of what I had (seemingly) done and trying to hide the bodies, it was SO real and I've never forgotten it.

It’s a lack of confidence in yourself and not feeling comfortable with people you don’t know well.

Has someone caused a problem that you're trying to keep contained? Hiding the bodies - you're trying to keep the consequences from bursting out / being discovered.
