Name changed for this just because well it's a bloody odd one. Anyway my husband has been left these voicemails withheld number.

It's just a wrong number, no? Unless your husband is called Michael. Delete and move on.
I had similar about 5 years ago - angry man threatening to come and beat up me "and that fucking " .

I once received a voicemail from a police force telling me to contact the officer to give a statement about a domestic violence incident. I had to phone and leave a voicemail in return telling them they'd got the wrong number.
