Snoring

I'm a snorer and my wife is sick of it - fair enough! We've tried a few things over the years and last night we tried these plastic magnetic things that go up your nose like a septum piercing.

DW said it worked for the first half of the night and then it must have fallen out because I started snoring again and I woke up to it gone.

Does anyone else use these and if so, how do you keep them in???

Also can anyone recommend anything else for snoring?

Thank you!

DH has a custom mouth aligner, it stops him snoring.

I've tried these and they didn't work for me unfortunately, thank you though

I recommend separate rooms. It’s stopped me wanting to kill my DH.

We did that for ages but DW missed sleeping next to me (despite the snoring) so we're back in one bed

Just go for the piercing?

Just go for the piercing?

I've actually had the piercing before and am considering getting it redone anyway but I'm not sure that would stop the snoring? Worth a try though!

Have you been to the drs about it?
I had an operation when I was about 28 as my septum was causing my snoring

No I haven't, I'm very overweight though so kind of assumed it's because of that as I was thinner a few years ago and not a snorer then. I'm actively working very hard to lose weight and considering a gastric sleeve, for many reasons but keeping DW awake is one of them as I feel really awful about it.
