Hi,
This has appeared on my 5 year son's face over the past few months. Just wondering if anyone knows what it could be?

Might be molluscum contagiosum

My daughter had molluscum- one larger one like that and several tiny ones. It does look similar and could well be. They lasted six-nine months I think, then disappeared of their own accord. Maybe send a photo to your GP?
