POTTER BAR - need some helps here

Hi there
I am looking at some places on Borerdene road in Potter Bar to move in the next couple of months, so I really need some advice about the area. are there any nice parks or playgrounds for the kids around there? and other kids' activities you can recommend.
there is Cranbone primary school not too far from us, is this a good school for the kids? and we use the back entrance for picking up and dropping off as it is a close walking distance rather than the main gate.
is there any outdoor fruit market around the area?
is there any shopping mall or clothes shopping?
Sorry for asking too much and thank you for your helps

@Amandang good to see there's someone else wanting an outdoor fruit market nearby. :)

I know you posted this ages ago but I live in Potters Bar and really like it . I think its a really good place to bring up children. I have heard Cranbourne is a great school- my children actually go to a different school but I know lots of people with children at Cranbourne. I grew up in Cockfosters and it was nice but didn't have the community feel that I have found in Potters Bar.
There are lots of events in the area and it has the benefit of being near the countryside but within easy reach of London. I personally like areas towards Little Heath and off Baker Street the best.
